A: Anyone who loves to sparkle! We work with individual athletes, entire teams, and cheer gyms who want to take their glitter game to the next level.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re based in the U.S. and ship nationwide — bringing shimmer straight to your doorstep!

🌈 Custom & Team Orders

Q: Can I create a custom glitter blend or team color combo?
A: Absolutely! Custom is what we do best. You can submit a Team Glitter Request or message us on Instagram to design your perfect sparkle mix.

Q: Is there a minimum order for team blends?
A: For team or gym blends, yes — we usually require a small minimum to keep colors consistent and pricing fair. Single jars and smaller custom orders are always welcome, too!

Q: How long do custom orders take?
A: Most custom orders take 2–3 weeks, depending on how many galaxies we’re blending that week. We’ll send updates and your estimated ship date as soon as it’s confirmed.

🚀 Shipping & Processing

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Ready to ship items leave our galaxy in 3–5 business days. Custom blends take a bit longer since we mix each one with care (and sparkle). You’ll get tracking info once it’s on the way!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, Spark’d Galaxy ships within the U.S.

Q: Can I rush my order?
A: Sometimes! Message us before ordering to check availability. We’ll do our best to make it sparkle faster.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. But if something isn’t right, reach out within 7 days — we’ll make it right.
